Help/FAQ

Q: Why should I order my glasses online from you?

A: We offer the same great name brand frames and quality lenses that you would purchase at your local eye doctor’s office or chain retail store.  Except, our prices are much lower and you will save hundreds of dollars. You can order your glasses in the comfort of your own home, on your own time, as we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We offer free shipping as well.

Q: How can you afford to charge such low prices?

A: We believe you shouldn’t have to break the bank to be able to see clearly. Running an online optical opposed to a brick and mortar location allows us to save on overhead costs, which then allows us to offer you the same great quality and brands that you can buy at your local retailer or doctor’s office at a fraction of the price, literally.

Q: Are the brand name frames you sell authentic?

A: Absolutely, we order our frames straight from the manufacture themselves.  You are getting the same product, as you would find in a chain retail optical store or your doctors office.  All of the frames we sell include the manufactures warranty.

Q: What warranty is offered when I buy a pair of glasses with you?

A:  All frames have a 1-year manufactures warranty from the date of purchase.  This includes manufactures defects such as hinges, welds, and cosmetic defects.  This warranty does NOT include, but are not limited to, physical damage done to the frame such as, sleeping on, sitting on, twisting, bends, dropping, smashing, or stepping on.

Q: How long will my glasses take to arrive?

A:  Once you place your order, we start to process it right away. It can take anywhere between 5-14 business days depending on your prescription and lens choices.

Q: How much does shipping cost for my glasses?

A: Nothing! We offer FREE shipping on all orders no matter what!

Q: How do I check on the progress of my order/glasses?

A:  You will be sent a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed and another once your order has shipped. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at support@ineedeyewear.com or call us at 1-800-689-9550.
