Returns and Exchanges
I Need Eyewear takes great pleasure in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their service and product. If a problem comes up, we will do our absolute best to fix the situation.
We offer a one-time exchange on any non-defective eyeglass and sunglass frames within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, all items are no longer eligible for return or exchange. You will be held responsible for all shipping charges for the return of the item.
All prescription lenses are custom made products that cannot be reused; therefore they cannot be exchanged. We do offer a 50% refund on the cost of your lenses.
If you decide to exchange your frame for a new one, then we will offer you a 50% discount on the cost of your new lenses.
All refunds will be in the form of a check. The refund check will be issued within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
All frames have a 1-year manufactures warranty from the date of purchase. This includes manufactures defects such as hinges, welds, and cosmetic defects. This warranty does NOT include, but are not limited to, physical damage done to the frame such as, sleeping on, sitting on, twisting, bends, dropping, smashing, or stepping on.
All prescription lenses include a Scratch Resistant Coating, which makes them less likely to be scratched. However this coating does not prevent them from being scratched. If your lenses happen to become scratched to the point where you decide you would like them replaced, we offer a one time replacement within a year from your original purchase date for 50% off the current price of your lenses.
You will be held responsible for the shipping charges to return/exchange the product.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of their purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
