You agree that you have a valid prescription for the glasses you are ordering from the Site. When you place an order for glasses submitting your prescription information, you are agreeing it matches exactly as your eye care professional has prescribed. You also agree that you will renew your prescription as your eye care professional recommends and that you will not order glasses with an expired prescription. You also give I Need Eyewear, LLC consent to contact your eye care professional, if needed, to verify your prescription information and any other needed information to complete your order.

I Need Eyewear, LLC has tried to show and display as accurate as possible the colors of our products that are shown on the Site. Unfortunately, depending on your monitor, you might not see the actual colors of the products. There is no guarantee that your monitor is displaying the color of the products on the Site. We have tried our best to display the accurate colors, but we do not guarantee that all of the product descriptions are accurate or error-free.

All products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
